Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of the products, and for safety and hygiene reasons, this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, returns/exchanges are not accepted. However, your satisfaction is the priority.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. Contact must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.  

Do keep in mind that most items are handmade, and imperfections are natural. We truly believe you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, feel free to reach out. We will work with you to remedy the situation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to respond. Thirty days past the receiving of your product, unfortunately will void any possibility of a refund.

If your product is damaged beyond use upon arrival, then a refund for the product can be given. (Photo proof is necessary.) Otherwise partial refunds can be given (the cost of shipping is not included) under certain circumstances.
